Turks and Caicos - condos walkable to restaurants?

Looking for recommendations in T&C for a small hotel, or family-sized condos or villas (we need 5 bedrooms total but this could be distributed across 2-3 separate units if not all in one house). Beachfront, with a pool, ideally a beach bar nearby for a pina colada, and something like $25K for all 5 rooms for a week in Feb 2026 (in other words, budgeting ~$800/night per bedroom). We prefer smaller hotels or apartment settings over a giant resort, and prefer to eat at restaurants (though appreciate kitchen facilities for occasional meals) but definitely do not want to have to get in the car to get a meal at a restaurant. I know people bring in chefs to cook in a villa but I can't see that being desirable for the crowd I'm planning for - though happy for firsthand experiences where a single chef worked out for a family of 10 ranging from toddlers to grandparents.

We stayed at one of the Ocean Clubs years ago - I think ocean club west. It certainly wasn’t the highest end but it worked for us. We could definitely walk to restaurants. I do recall that it was quicker to walk along the beach to restaurants but very dark.

This is helpful, as ocean club West has been the top contender for the last few days as I've looked at options. Thanks!

It’s been several years, but we loved Villa Renaissance. It’s a smaller resort in a great location.
