Can't see my kid in ParentVUE this week. Anyone had similar issue before?

I can see both kids last week in the system. But yesterday when I logged into ParentVUE, the student list only has the younger one. My older one is not in the list anymore. I don't know why. I contacted the school, but so far they didn't reply. Anyone had the simialr issue before?

I feel like things like that happen every so often, and then the names reappear on their own a couple days later.

Already one week, and it seems the school doesn't know what happened. Which department should we contact for help? Thanks.
