So you're happy she's gone and potentially cannot provide for her children?

Not the PP, but no, we are just happy she is gone. Mothers and fathers everywhere get fired every day and have to figure shit out for themselves. Stop the boo-hoo crap. If she were unable to provide for her kids, which I doubt is true, it would be because of her actions, not because people here are happy she is gone. Plus, the children have a father, she has TLC and other gigs. It's hardly like they are going hungry and homeless. Go advocate for people who truly need it.

Mothers and fathers aren't subject to the ridicule that the supposed women on this board did to her. Who knows the next co-host will rub you guys the wrong way and you'll call for her firing as well. And you don't know their situation. She was the primary bread winner. Much like none of the women on this board. So I don't get why the women of this board would advocate firing of the primary bread winner just because you don't like her? Would you like it if I got your husbands fired??

I tired of her judgements; constantly judging people when she never walked in their shoes.

Anonymous wrote:Right, and Danni is not the talented one KANE is!! Danni was uneducated you could tell by how she spoke. When she did Hollywood news she took it right from TMZ...she is not talent. The only reason this became big was because she opened her ghetto mouth...look where it got her, again!! Keep making yourself feel better Danni...

It really doesn't matter what YOU think of her... she was hired regardless and the producers felt she fit in to the dynamic... That doesn't mean she didn't get paid a lot or wasn't seen as valuable to those that wrote her contract. She still probably got paid a lot more than you do with probably less education than you... She did what she does best... talks. Yes, it got her in trouble, but it worked for her long enough to get a 3 year contract that was probably A LOT nicer than you think.

Damn, I was doing so much better this morning. I am the same person everyone was agreeing with and wanting to hug. Can't win them all...

Oh, hey Danni. What's new w/you?

Stoppppppppppppp. Can we do some 995 Facebook wall magic and have posts that include "Hi ..." Unable to post??? Ugh.

It's okay, I was Laura yesterday, don't feel bad lol.

She will probably get pigeon-holed into doing something lame every day that she doesn't want to do, but the option is there for her, should she choose to stay with iHeart.

I don't think Tommy would say that she will still work with iHeart if she outright got fired.

This. All of the people who jump on our asses about saying that we're happy she's gone, this is for you. She may not be in the position that she wants to be in, but honestly she'll probably be getting paid way too much for the job she does end up getting since she is under contract. Danni will be just fine. And don't forget that Slim is still in her life! Stop acting like Danni is a single mom and sole provider for her family, that gives zero credit to Slim and I'm guessing is also an insult to ACTUAL single moms (but who am I to assume, I'm not single nor a mom.)

If you think Slim brings any real income to the table then you're living on another planet. He was basically a stay at home dad. Made little money from DJ gigs. Danni was the sole provider and all you SAHM's, and other women called for her firing.

She did it to herself.

Not trying to argue but it's not really a fair comparison. If you went to your coffee shop every day and the chick who made your coffee made it wrong or terribly every day, and there was no other coffee shop...you wouldn't be entitled to your own opinions? She's quite literally paid to entertain. If she's not entertaining, then she's not doing her job. She's not gonna win everyone over but people have a right to not like her on air and want the show to go in a different direction.

Anonymous wrote:My friend just didn't get along with one of the producers. They had a lot of cat fights, jealousy about guys....catty stuff. Well, they let her go and gave her severance pay. She was in the industry a lot longer then Danni was and her pay basically was for three months. Danni is not getting paid as much as you think she would. Most of their money comes from gigs and endorsements. I have radio friends and I was shocked at what they got paid, but their gigs help them a lot.

What did your friend do? No offense to her, but I am guessing that Danni's job was much more important and less disposable.

Which is why they abruptly removed her from the airwaves with no explanation to the audience and....disposed of her. Okay.

Yeah and I am sure when the OP's friend got fired there was a huge uproar and a 300 page message board speculating why she got fired and people commented left and right on everyone's social media that was affiliated with the station and people pledged that they wouldn't listen again.

And no, I am not Danni. This is a pretty big blow to iHeart and Danni's contract probably also had a clause in it discouraging her from taking another job... like if she got hired away from the station, the new employer, especially at a competing station, would have to payout iHeart for taking her. Finding cohesion in a morning show is difficult, and whether or not you think they had it, I am sure they at least thought so and they were probably willing to do a lot to make sure the "family" didn't break up, which would include abiding to Danni's requests.

Danni is (was) valuable. I am sure the decision wasn't made easily. If you think they were already not liking Danni and didn't want her around, they wouldn't have made that 3 year contract a few months ago. Look at the outrage that has happened in the last month. As we have all agreed, this has been horrible PR for iHeart (granted some of that was self-imposed by not just telling us), and this shows how much a member leaving can effect ratings and fan affinity.

Let's all be honest... short of IJ maybe, anyone else leaving the show in at least a similar manner (Erick, Rose) would NOT have been made into as big of a deal. I would argue that Danni was the #2 on the show. The mom role to Kane's dad role.

And as is with most entertainment (I am the one that has worked and still works in sports), the staff gets payed nearly nothing because it's such a "cool industry to work in and everyone else wants to do it, and most everyone CAN do it", but the ones that DO get paid out the ying yang is the "talent".

Try to keep up. The 300 pages aren't based on DANNI, read the title of the threads. And a pretty big blow to iHeart? LOL

My sincere apologies, Ms. AIMABLE.

Danni got herself fired. I don't believe we were in the studio when she said inappropriate words with her ghetto mouth. Next time she will think twice. If she married a loser, again that's her personal problem.

I'm commenting on John's livestream right now trying to get him to talk about Danni and he said nobody got fired.

Still insisting nobody got fired and said she's pursuing other opportunities...??

If you seriously think this board or anyone on any online outlet had anything to do with this you need to get some fresh air. The amount of people here or even on FB, etc are NOTHING compared to the size of the listening audience. I highly doubt the boss is sitting around caring what 20 people here are saying.

My biggest problem with Danni was how she spoke to her listeners. Her head was swollen beyond belief and she forgot that she did not make TKS what it is now. She has helped to maintain ratings but correct me if I'm wrong, she never improved them. Both her and John act like they took over a fledgling show that was failing in ratings when this just wasn't the case.

You can bring in all the money you want but when you consistently fail to respect your peers and audience, your gig will only go so far before the higher ups take note.

What are you talking about? What did she say in the studio?
