I bought a container of burrata to use in a salad that I made on Saturday. Of course, we only needed to use about a quarter of it, and of course, burrata only keeps about two days once opened.
Please suggest your favourite recipes to use up the rest (bonus points if they involved cooking the burrata rather than using it raw, since that means it doesn’t all need to be consumed tomorrow. |
| I would cook up some meatballs in sauce and add burrata. |
| Buy one loaf French bread. The end. |

It’s great with olive oil , basil and prosciutto. Those aren’t common pantry items so maybe make a grilled cheese. If you have ham, you could do ham, burata and mustard or burata, tomato..use olive oil instead of butter on the bread. Press the water out before putting sandwich together.
You could try a pasta dish with it. Press the water out and put it into a quiche or frittata. |
| NYT has a good recipe that’s easy, spaghetti, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, burrata. |
| Just eat it. |
| Mix with ziti and sauce. |
| Get a fork and eat it |

Roast some beets and mix with arugula, some orange sections, and pistachios or whatever nuts you have in the pantry.
Tear up burrata over a pizza Roast or grill eggplant and put burrata on top with either caponata or even a drizzle of hot honey Oven dry some tomatoes, mix with burrata and balsamic Top with berries and honey, scoop with shortbread cookies |
| chicken parm |

On top of arugula salad with sundried tomatoes, olives and pumpkin seeds.
Or just eat sprinkled with balsamic and olive oil, since there are no seasonal tomatoes, peaches, or figs atm. |
| Made a riff on chicken Parm. Was amazingly delicious. Thanks all! |
| I get a loaf of fresh French bread and put burrata and honey on it. YUM |
| AI is great for this. Put in the ingredients you love and have on hand into it, and ask what you should make. |
| I’m so confused how you have leftovers unless you are significantly limiting your portions. We always just eat it as the main feature of the protein of the salad. |
