Current rate for High School babysitter in MoCo?

Curious if people are willing to share current rate for a HS babysitter to watch 2 kids (ages 2 and 4 if it matters).

I pay mu highschool daughter $20/hr. My younger one is 8. My younger DD's friends' parents also hire her for the same rate.

Silver Spring- I pay 18-20/ hr for a 2 year old but typically he is sleeping for 1/2 the time so they can work/be on the internet.

To add- I dont pay for or provide transportation on top of this.
