For me, at least the Barry graft, and the seeding of graft for Gray are going to people who are actually, you know, engineers and developers. IN Fenty's case, it is going to an ex-Con and a failed laundromat operator posing as an engineer and developer.

I mean, at least try to pass the smell test.

Like the Post, the Examiner turns every bit of support that groups give Gray into evidence that he will be beholden, but somehow somehow see the millions that Fenty gets from developers allows him to be "independent".
