Prek3: Appletree Lincoln Park vs. Miner

Help me decide which to rank above the other. We are inbound for Maury, so I'm only concerned w/prek. Are there any real differences curriculum wise?

If you're going to Maury for K, then it really doesn't matter. Both are fine.

Both are also Maury overflow so some of your child’s classmates will end up at Maury.

We are a Maury bound family very happy at Miner for pre-k years. Nice new building and playground, great teachers and small class size (14 kids).

I had heard Appletree was more “academic” but I also know families who are very happy there so I’d visit both and see which you prefer.

OP here. Appletree is the better commute for us, but I've heard similar things about it being more of academic. Just wondering if that's really true and how academic things can be with 3 yos.

I think a lot of 3-5 year olds could do fine with it. It's not sitting at a desk all day or anything.
