The Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program was set to begin in July.

Employers which includes the state are currently scheduled to begin collecting payroll deductions in July and providing the FAMLI benefit in 2026. labor department is proposing to delay it so that payroll deductions would begin Jan 2027 with benefits being available on Jan 2028. |
