Yes, and its weird that you think its weird, but that's how LinkedIn works. When you see a job description, sometimes clicking on "apply" takes you directly to the website of the org that posted the job. In this case, it takes you to the MCPS job description page.

Anyway, thousands and thousands of people are about to be dismissed from the federal government. These are good paying jobs and people should know they exist before President Musk fires them.
