ETIAS requirement for Spain..any details?

| I read that you will now need an ETIAS pass to enter Spain and other EU countries, starting in May, but I can't find access to the online application. Has it launched yet? Does anyone have any details of when you can get one, and when you will actually need one? Thanks. |
