help finding a carrier for my 25# one yo

I am looking high and low to find something comfy for me and my gal.
I have had an ergo and a beco-- and cannot find a way to make them comfortable for us.
I no longer have the ergo, but have been trying with then beco-- everytime I wear her for 20 minutes I end up with neck, back, or shoulder pain!
I used a maya and a new native sling when she was little. Now the maya is the only thing that works- but it is not so comfortable for me--I feel like I need to hold onto her still on my hip so it seems like too much trouble--its easier to carry her plain.It does not seem to support her enough.
the bjorn was good for her- the front way she loved, and the one with the extra lumber support worked for me until 23#.
Any thoughts for how to comfortably carry a 25 pound baby who loves a hip carry? I have other kids, and I love to carry her, but its hard to walk with her if she is wriggly, or to run into a store and not have her in some type of carrier with me.
Help!
(Any guidance on using the Beco would be appreciated too)
