How comfortable do you feel using silicone cooking or serving items in general? Specifically, what about using silicone products from xywerlbu or LIANFUN bought from Amazon? I sometimes wonder if there will be news in 10-15 years about safety concerns over silicone, the way people are now talking about plastics, BPA, and nonstick.
I avoid purchasing the random branded stuff on Amazon because I don’t trust it. It seems like the Amazon marketplace sells a greater portion of goods from these random brands now than it used to, and it’s actually led to me purchasing less from Amazon overall. It’s too much effort sometimes to sort through cheap junk.
Oh my. People are still stupidly buying from 'alphabet mashup brands' on Amazon? People are still buying from Amazon? You can't be saved from yourselves.

I don't know, OP. I recently bought this brand (https://a.co/d/0GvOuBf) because it seemed better than going with an "alphabet mashup brand."
But when I looked at it again this morning, I saw that it was still made in China. Hmmm. |
I've had pieces of silicone cooking utensils fall off while using them. It degrades so I'm wary. But it's hard to avoid. I examine before use and throw away any w the slightest damage.
