NTEU — are they doing anything?

I haven’t seen any lawsuits filed by them or any real effort to protect their membership.

They are leading the Schedule F lawsuit

Haven’t heard a peep from them lately regarding opm’s attempt to pierce CBAs. If they don’t stop it, makes me wonder what their point is.

Because you grieve AFTER management forces you to RTO in violation of the CBA. Follow instructions, then file your suit.

TBH, RTO is so far down the list of things we should be concerned about right now. Especially if you're not a remote employee and can get to an office within an hour.

This. The EO says to comply with existing law and CBAs. The OPM guidance that came out later said to renegotiate/ignore the CBAs but nothing has been formally announced yet.

NTEU is being really really quiet as opposed to the AFGE union - not even a joinder brief on anything that I've seen. WTH!? What is going on here. Does NTEU represent HHS/FDA - they were told they're all going back mid March and it seems like NTEU is sitting there quietly?
