Does anyone know what timeframe is reasonable between electronically submitting the SSL forms and seeing the hours on ParentVue? I want to follow up if I need to, but I also don't want to be too quick if there is just a lot of forms to process. Kid isn't a senior so there is no particular rush.
What timeframes are you guys seeing? |
| Depends on the school, at Blair it seems to sometimes take 1-2 months |
| End of the marking period. |

| At once kids middle school it was usually next day, the other kids middle school usually took about a year (I wish I was kidding). |
Our school takes well beyond that. Sometimes 6 month wait. |
| Don't worry OP they will update it before graduation |

Be patient, some poor person gets a couple bucks per hour extra, on top of their busy MCPS FT job, to manually enter all the numbers from every kid in the school. A MS, could be 1200 kids, and if HS at Blair or WJ imagine going through the papers for over 3,000.
Don't worry, your kid will get their hours |
| Blake had me wait 6 months. The SSL coordinators are earning a stipend for this responsibility. How long does it take do enter information from a form? My son graduated from the same HS a few years ago and the person who did forms then had them entered in a week or so. Six months is unacceptable to me and I would email counseling RT. |
| JWMS / RMHS is fast -- never more than a week. |
