When do you take your Zepbound?

| In the morning. I don’t have many side effects. Usually less hungry and maybe take a nap before dinner. |

| Friday nights. I don’t get bad side effects but that means they’re worse, if any, over the weekends. And best suppression sundays and Mondays. |

Thanks that’s helpful. I Actually do pretty well doing the week because I don’t have a job that lends to snacking the weekends are extra tough |

| Wegovy for me; I used to do it over the weekends in case of side effects, but now I adjust it based on what I have going on so sometimes it shifts a day or two. I do it at night though, and let it come to room temperature before I inject. |

It's variable, but I always have one night of bad sleep, usually the second day after taking it. Sometimes I have a day of fatigue. In the last couple of weeks I have also had nausea and some dizziness, but I think it's because I have lost almost all the weight I planned to lose and the dose I'm on is causing more side effects based on my lower weight. I go back to my doc in 2 weeks to move to maintenance. |
