Late start tomorrow?

2/6?

Probably not. The city's streets will probably stay pretty warm compared to the western suburbs, which will definitely see ice. And DCPS is not responsible for a fleet of school buses. Just be careful walking out the door tomorrow morning.

Except Bowser (and you apparently) don't factor that the majority of DCPS staff members don't live in DC. Most live in the surrounding counties which have already called for 2 hour delays for unsafe road conditions. Staff members shouldn't risk their lives just to get to work because Bowser is too proud to prioritize safety of staff. This is why teachers continue to leave DCPS and go to nearby districts where their well-being is actually valued.

If anything, Ward 9 will be slightly warmer than DC.

It’s going to rain. No need for delay.
