feeling so stressed

I have been feeling so stressed and anxious. I can't stop thinking about my problems which will actually solve themselves. I just have trouble coping with stress. any suggestions to keep my mind sane ? I would really appriciate it

Stress, anxiety, worry - my son has all of these things - especially at night. I have not figured out how to help him yet--except that I now know that he hates being alone in the dark when he is having a panic attack and so I have tried to find ways to help him cope like I'll sit with him, or give him a stuffed animal, turn on a night light, or sometimes we'll say a fiinal prayer, and sometimes these things calm him and he can turn away from his fears and get some rest. These strategies do not always work though and I am thinking I may need to take him to see a specialist. So, I am very sympathetic, but I don't have any advice for you really. Only to say I am sorry you are going through it, too.

Routine exercise can help. Also eat a healthy diet and get a lot of sleep and at least 15 minutes of sunshine everyday. Create new goals and do something you enjoy everyday and reward yourself for achieving your goals, whether big or small. You could also try seeking professional counseling or medical help. GL!

I answer this all the time, but I had so many troubles caused by thyroid, including anxiety, that it's worth mentioning again. Try getting your thyroid checked. I went on Synthroid and a host of weird but bothersome symptoms went away after about a month.
