OP. Been to Colombia. Would like a blend of activities/sightseeing and relaxing, like City + Beach or City + Countryside. I haven’t been to Porto for example though I’d probably wait until late spring for that location. Maybe Maui?

Porto is rainy and cold until later in the spring. I would not go in the winter.

Hawaii or Turks and Caicos would be my pick.
