The insurance companies have largely pulled out of hurricane-prone areas. Get rid of NOAA and FEMA then all disaster recovery is left to governors.

NOAA has nothing to do with FEMA, it also manages satellites, it's probably the least political agency among the ones mentioned. My weather app uses NOAA technology. Half the country probably doesn't even know it exists. Climate change propaganda isn't coming from them but from elsewhere. I doubt anything will happen. They are clearly going for the agencies that had been on the opposing political spectrum.
