Can these be bought by themselves? (edible dried sweet corn kernels)

These come in the package for SW chopped salad kits. They are not like Corn Nuts. They are dried kernels from sweet corn that has ripened but probably not dented yet, and crisp. They come mixed in with other crunchy things.

If you wanted to experiment creating them, what would you try?

I don’t know but I love them in that exact same salad, so I’m glad you posted this! Maybe kernels in an air fryer to dry them out?

Google "freezed dried corn" and you will see a bunch if options, not being sparky, I would pick one and post a link here for you but not sure your preferred stores and/or types of brands.
