Anyone else having issues with Canvas (missing student or classes)?

| I don't know if this is just a bug because of the new semester or if I need to reach out to an administrator, but my 7th grader isn't showing up for me in Canvas/MyMCPS and only 3 of my 10th grader's classes are showing up. Anyone else? |

| Teachers may not have been able to set up and publish their canvas courses yet. Give it a few days. |

| But what about my missing 7th grader? His classes/teachers are all the same as last semester and he’s not listed at all when I log in! |

| Go to All Courses, and star the Semester B ones. |

| This just happened to me a few days ago. My DC totally disappeared when I access canvas via parentvue. I no longer get daily canvas notification emails. I reached out to MCPS tech team today but haven't heard back. |

| I'd given them until the end of the week to fix all the glitches. If you have the same issues on Monday, contact someone. |
