| Cypress Grove lavender haze cheese has been sitting unopened in its plastic in my fridge. Is it ok to eat? How would I know if it’s spoiled? I don’t eat much goat cheese. |

| I would not...2 months is a lot for dairy. If you ate it often, you would probably be able to discern a change in smell or taste but since you don't, you might not know it went bad until you get sick. |

| Cross out the “fresh” and write in “aged”. If it smells fine and isn’t slimy, it’s probably fine. I wouldn’t eat it before going on a long car ride though. |

| I think if it smells and feels fine it is fine, but have never kept it that long. Gather your strength and cut into that plastic. |
