College transcript v SGGCR

My child failed a class they had to retake in summer school and got a B. Will both grades show up on the college transcript? On the SGGCR it shows both

See the bottom of page 14. I would ask the counselor if they've completed MCPS Form 560-55, Notice of High School Course Mark Exclusion.
