Near Boston 6 weeks May-June with 17 yr old

| DH teaches a summer session in Boston. Looking for areas to nice stay that DH can easily commute for long weekends (DH teaches T,TH and can easily and willingly stay overnight in faculty housing). DS will be busy himself with some travel and online classes. I’d love a water & walkable town area. |

| May and June on the Cape can be cool and cloudy/foggy. But that’s really the case for any areas near the water. |

Cape Cod or the Islands are great, but there are so many other options. For example Newport, RI or Newburyport, MA. Or lake winnipesaukee in NH.
You need to figure out your budget. Then do a VRBO search for MA, NH, and RI. |
