Our flight gets in around 11pm, but I anticipate it could be closer to midnight or later before we actually arrive at the hotel. It’s a Hilton brand hotel and I can technically “check in” through the app, which I did, but it’s telling me I still need to visit the desk upon arrival. I tried calling but couldn’t get a person. Am I way overthinking this? I just don’t want to get there at midnight and find out for whatever reason my room isn’t available because I was a no-show. |

I seriously doubt you can’t actually get ahold of anyone. I book hotels daily for my job and have never had this issue.
If you don’t make them aware they can mark you as a no-show and give the room away, while still charging you. |
If you call the hotel directly and no on is answering, call the toll free reservation number and tell them what you are doing, and they can try to contact the hotel. |

Last time I checked in via the Hilton app, I could choose what time I was checking in. |
