HS Grads Euro Trip

Does anyone have any good travel group recommendations for graduating seniors who want to travel abroad with friends? We are not looking for service based activities-more so fun and exploration but with other teens for safety.

I did a Contiki tour of Europe when I was 19. I think it is for 18-30 yo. Or at least it was back then.
