Can someone with experience speak to the culture at Longwood? Social life? Peers?

Farmville is surprisingly cute and the Longwood campus connects to downtown which has some dining options, etc. The campus was lovely. It seems like Hampden Sydney dominates the social scene, so be aware the girls love going to their parties and not sure what that means for Longwood boys.

I know a couple parents with freshman girls. One was telling me that her daughter is partying a bit too much, but seems to be doing OK in her classes.

Also look at Roanoke and Lynchburg when you visit Longwood. They are hidden gems and the same price after merit.
