What do you keep at home for when friends come over? And what do you pack for school? Do you have the same snacks for both?
Me- School I pack fruit, junky fruit bars, made good granola balls, butter crackers. Hummus and yogurt would be great to pack but DS8 is still a messy and excitable eater and I don’t want to have the teacher have to deal with that. At home we keep fruit, cheese, fewer ingredient cookies, pretzels, and popcorn. I try to avoid the snacks with lots of weird flavorings or checmical additives (like Cheetos, Doritos, cereals, cookies). |

Sounds like a good variety.
We typically have dried fruit, seaweed, fig bars, granola bars. There is usually something salty like lime Tostitos, Pirates booty or popcorn. We always have cheese, raw veggies, fresh fruit. Occasional something like popsicles or ice cream in the summer. |

Flame way, but we have the junk food OP is afraid of (Chertos, doritos, cookies with more than 5 ingredients, etc.
We also have a ton of healthy options like fruit, dairy, and veggies. We're an "everything in moderation" household so no problems with food battles, control issues, autonomy, or the like. |

We usually have fruit, cheese, crackers, tortilla chips, fruit bars, fig bars, granola bars, some homemade treat, veggies and dip.
We have one kid who is dangerously thin and we do everything we can to get weight on her and one who is a little on the more stout side. Both are very active. |
