Snorkeling boat trip in Puerto Rico

Our family will be there for a short trip in April, staying on the northeast side (near Yunque). Any recommendations for a boat snorkel trip? Or if not a specific one, what destination? I see options for Culebra, Icacos, Vieques.

There are a lot of great places off the main island.

We used Encanto boat tours and did the private half day east coast boar/snorkeling tour out of Fajardo.
I would recommend.
