Under Eye Skin Tightening

Anonymous
I had microneedling done all over my face but it didn’t tighten the skin under my eyes as much as I would have liked. The wrinkles are still pretty bad. I really should look into a lower bleph, but I don’t wan to spend $$$ and the downtime just yet.

If you had a laser treatment under your eyes to tighten skin, did it work? How much of a difference did it make? What specific treatment did you get?

I think fillers would be the way to go. A laser treatment is not going to tighten skin much.

Just do the bleph.

I had a lower bleph with laser. Took 10 years off my face. Best money I’ve ever spent.

Don’t listen to this pp. laser was amazing for me and you do it once, not every year.

I have had laser on my under eyes. (Lower bleph is not great for under eye wrinkles alone, but is great for under eye bags.) The skin appears great for about 1.5 years. In my opinion, the skin actually just stays "inflamed for that long, then as the inflammation resolves, the wrinkles reappear. I've had it done a few times, and it is the same process every time, only the skin keeps getting thinner and thinner.

I did a CO2 laser and it worked well! Not the same as surgical results but I was still happy with the results

If you want an improvement (but not total correction like surgery would offer) CO2 laser is great for tightening the eye area. I've seen Sandra Oulmas for this a few times after I found her on Instagram. She has an advanced technique that she uses to treat the upper and lower eyelids with CoolPeel. For me its been amazing! If you want to see a surgeon instead, Dr. Justin Cohen is the best in the area for facial procedures.

I'm just seeing this.
Started with CO2
Then Erbium
Then Fraxel
Then CO2 Fraxel

After the last one even the MD said I didn't get a good result.
