Good quality canned tuna Hard boiled eggs Boiled red potatoes Green beans Cherry tomatoes Consider artichoke hearts, olives, and/or capers Parsley to garnish Toss lightly, then compose. |
| French vinaigrette would be lovely on butter lettuce with some diced green olives, shredded Manchego cheese and toasted panko breadcrumbs |
| Just by some really nice baby lettuce. Toss lightly in dressing. Sprinkle some Maldon. |

It is a flaky finishing salt. Pretty popular now, but the first time I had it was years ago in California on a salad of just perfect lettuce leaves and vinaigrette. |
