My grater just fell apart, can I blend zucchini for bread?

I am not venturing out for a new grater, but Instacart blessed us with 5 lbs of zucchini.

Can I put zucchini in the blender and still make zucchini bread?

If you don't have a food processor and don't want to do a fine matchstick yourself, you can use the blender. The texture will likely be a little different, and you may need to cut back on added liquid.
