I have never understood how an administration could encourage the use of an app to facilitate and encourage illegal immigration.

Noem said she deployed South Dakota National Guard to the southern border eight times, mostly to support state border enforcement in Texas. She said she visited the border several times and witnessed immigrants illegally crossing.
