And held some interesting political views - wasn’t he a Trump supporter (then walked-back)? I read recently in an article about the LA wildfires that he had to be evacuated and had been housebound due to emphysema- I wonder if that accelerated his death. I loved Twin Peaks! |

David Lynch was home bound with emphysema and had to use an oxygen tank. My heart hurts to think that he had to evacuate his home because of Palisades fires and wonder if that impacted his health

Yep. He started smoking at 8 years old, never stopped. It's amazing that he lasted so long. |

| He did so much for the meditation movement. Very sad that his last days were dealing with this fire. I can imagine the smoke didn’t help him and others like him. |

Local trivia: he spent his high school years in Alexandria VA and graduated from what is now Hammond MS on Seminary Rd.
