| Have your kiddos ever had a cat on their bus? |
| Ewww |
| Cat lady with connections here. Tell me more. Are they eartipped? |
| For the people confused, there's a post on the Parents' Coalition about the existence of a den of feral cats being housed at MCPS's Shady Grove bus depot. |
|
LOL. Of course the Parent's Coalition is trying to turn this into a bad thing.
There was also a litter of kittens under one of the MBHS math portables, until the kids worked together with the teachers to get them rescued. |
| They keep the rats or mice away |
|
That’s so cute!
There are things I agree with the parent coalition on, but it’s sht like this that drives home the craziness. Parents coalition, if you see this, can you not recognize that getting mad about cats at a bus depot is crazy? People will point to this when you have an actual, legitimate grievance and not take you seriously. |
| Millennial moms always find some way to make their middle aged lives more entertaining. |
| We have a lot of feral cats in our own neighborhood. I don't want feral cats anywhere but that's not a battle I'm going to be able to win against the animal lovers so I just keep it to myself. |
| Unless they're pissing on the seats, what's the problem? It's not like they leave the bus doors open |
The bus doors don't lock. The cats are in the buses. |
If they are taking up seats on full busses it could be a problem. If kids are allergic it could be a problem. |
You HAVE to visit the Pets forum then. The obsession people have with their four legged et al is abnormal. |
Yep, TT better start cleaning up this litter before he and his pals are sued. |
You mean here on DCUM or somewhere else? Can you link? |
