5 million dollar house, but only 2 car front load garage despite being on a large lot. Modern exterior seems unimpressive for the pricepoint.

It's brand new, on a very private lot, and in Great Falls. That warrants a pretty big price tag.
It does look like it has been on the market for over a month, though. And in this sellers' market ... yeah ... that probably means the price is too high. They will likely get it, though, if they wait it out. |

Well, "a million cheaper" isn't "half" and "better neighborhood is subjective. If you are looking in Great Falls you probably value a big, woodsy lot and privacy and that is hard to come by in NoVA. |
