He is starting a business on the side while maintaining his FT job. Idea is that once the startup grows, he will quit the other job. But in the meantime he is stretched thin.
He likes doing stuff around the house and being hands-on with the kids. I handle most of the mental load so at least I am supporting him in that way. What else can I do to free him up? |

He's not a Fed right, because that would be a crime. Understand most startups fail. |

| Seems pretty simple, there's X hours of work to do in a day and Y hours available to do it. Whoever has more Y does more X and both people get approximately the same amount of free time. If you want you could do something like cooking to free him up to spend time with the kids (reading to them or whatever). |
