Blocked for asking about Snapchat?

I was trying to post a thread about my DD asking for Snapchat in the teen forum and it wouldn't let me post and now my IP is blocked and dcum page is not loading. Are we not allowed to ask what Snapchat is all about? I am now using my phone data and I am able to post this.

Thank you for sending your IP address. It was not SnapChat that caused you to get blocked, but your mention of WhatApp. I have a rule meant to catch spammers who post WhatsApp phone numbers. Because you didn't include a number, your post should not have been blocked. It appears that the behavior of the rule has changed so I have modified it. I have unblocked your address.
