pregnancy blood test, how quickly did you get results?

| Hi, I'm a patient of Dr. Sacks at CFA. I go in for my first blood test (with CFA) Friday. Will I get the results same day? In the past with my gyn it was 48 hours, longer over a weekend. Friday is also DH's birthday and while I'm obviously hoping for good news, it would make a great birthday "gift." |

| usually REs process them "stat" so you should get the results that afternoon (assuming you go in during AM monitoring hours)... |

| Yup, he'll order it STAT and they should call you that afternoon. Are you doing at CFA? Then for sure. If somewhere else, it's possible there could be a delay. |

| OP here, I'll go to CFA that morning. All other tests i've had there came back same day but since it took so long with the gyn I wanted to be sure. |
