That occurred on the busy stretch of River Road by Whole Foods. I don't think OP is referring to that part of the road. |

| I think that Holton Arms School has some kind of “in” to get the light at their intersection with River Rd timed in a way to benefit the families driving in and out of the school grounds and makes is a delayed mess for the rest of us. |
| River Road is a lot better than Wisconsin, Connecticut, or Georgia. Living off of River Road is pretty great from a logistics pov. Inside or outside of the beltway. |
