Women with younger men

Looking to hear from women who have had experiences with dating/marrying significantly younger men (say 5 years or more). I am in this relationship myself and would love to hear from people who have experienced it (or people who have close friends in such relationships)

I am a divorced man 45 years old and I approve your relationship. But on serious note 5 years is nothing, even 10 years is nothing for a woman. Women have far less issue than men as they age, so it's very unlikely that he will end up taking care of you. In fact it's not uncommon for 80 years old women to take care of their 70 years old husbands. I honestly don't know why we men tend to have so many health issues as we age but it is what it is. There are exceptions of course, but the data confirms that men don't age well in the United States.

My bf is 20 years younger than me, all is well.

My wife told me a friend of a friend recently married her 31 years old boyfriend. She is 43 and has 3 kids. They tried for a child together but sadly she lost the baby.

Men are no longer the ones marrying younger. In fact I don't think they were exclusively the ones doing so, my guess is that it's probably always been 50/50 but men for whatever reasons are criticized more for this.

And people won't probably even know he is younger than you. I have seen some 30 years old men who look in their 40s despite being in good shape and healthy. Men don't take care of their skin as much as much as women do. So if that's important to you, you are not going to be the older looking spouse. And if you care about that drop it because it's not important and nobody cares.

My only advice for you is to tune out the noise from the 40+ divorced men and women on this forum who have an obsession with bragging about going younger and making it all about age.

ITA. A lot of women end up living so much longer than men for whatever reason, so this kind of relationship might really even out

5-6 years max and the woman needs to be above average to very good looking for it to work out

But they were together for 30 years, which is much better than most people in Hollywood (and most relationships where the man is older than the woman)

OP my mother recently remarried. Her husband is much younger than her. I'm happy for her. She is great woman . I love both my moth and dad. I am sad their marriage never worked out. Post divorce They prioritized us instead of their own happiness especially my mom. So I am happy to see her being so happy again. Her new husband is 54 and my mom is 63. My mom is so in love and greedy. I will be honest I didn't think people could fall in love like teenagers again at that age.
