Child psychiatrist who takes BCBS?

I would very much appreciate any recommendations for a child psychiatrist who takes BCBS insurance. I would prefer to have them submit rather than having to pay out of pocket up front, keep track of all the claims, etc. myself - if possible.

Good luck. BCBS reimbursement for participating providers for mental health treatment is abysmally low. Child psychiatrists are few in number and in high demand; it's hard to get an appointment even with nonparticipating doctors.

Yet another way the health care system is screwed up.

Children's Hospital takes all insurance, try there.
