Does Lehigh practice grade inflation?

I had heard (just from one person, so it's anecdotal) that they practice grade DEflation, but I see that you need a 3.6 for the Dean's List at Lehigh. At Georgetown, Bucknell, and Princeton (three random schools I checked) you need a 3.5.
