Same as what you did for other birthdays, Insomnia Cookies, Baked by Melissa or Wicked Good Cupcakes, etc. Let her friends do the boozy thing - not appropriate for parents

My parents sent me a care package filled with 21 items of 21 different things. I don't remember everything but it was like....21 Hershey kisses, 21 items of makeup (put together in one bag), 21 pieces of gum, 21 hair accessories. Things like that. Then they set up with my best friend to take our close group of friends out for dinner and my parents pre-arranged taking care of the bill with my friend. And since I was the last to turn 21 the sent over a bottle of champagne as well.
