Winter break trip to South Florida or the Keys with young kids

I’m looking for a hotel or resort to stay in with young kids (3 and 5 yo) in February in either South Florida or the Florida Keys. Budget is not an issue for this trip, but I’m looking for a nice place that is also kid-friendly. Any recommendations?

The JW Marriott on Marco Island is very kid friendly

Ritz Naples Tiburon has a waterpark - lazy river and slides. So fun and yet still luxury.

The keys! They loved the free range chickens

Hawks Caye would be good for that age and has more consistently warm weather in February than some of the other options listed here. They also have a nice set up for families with young kids - you can get a townhouse with two bedrooms and a small kitchen that has daily maid service and is next to a pool.
