Best smelling candle?

Anonymous
Ok, I know some people don't like candles. It get it--if this is you--please pass this post by. But my teenage son does.
He's currently been burning the Thymes Frazier Fir candle--smells like Christmas.

Does anyone have a rec for another scented candle? It really isn't my thing.
Nothing vanilla, sugar, fruit or sweet. Don't want the whole Bath and Body Works super sweet candy smell.
More clean or masculine or neutral.

Thank you!!

I love bath and body works tree farm and fresh balsam scented candles. Both remind me of fresh tree smells.

I like plain old beeswax. Nice scent and not a carcinogen.

I love this one. I think it’s the sandlewood.

Trader Joe’s has nice candles. They’re always changing though.

Bath and Body works has one called Tree Farm. They also have a Eucalyptus Mint one. There's also a sage one, and one that's coffee and whiskey.

Everything there is on big sale right now, so you could take him and have him smell different ones in the store.

If you want to support a local company, take him to Shining Sol in Manassas.

What’s the carcinogen? The scent or the burning wick?

Trader Joe's has good seasonal ones. I also love Nest candles but they're way more expensive (I like the grapefruit and a few others).
