Looking for a great restaurant and venue with a private room for 10 for a seated dinner. If it has an interesting hook all the better!

Georgetown, Arlington, Foggy Bottom preferred. During the winter so can't be outdoors.

801 Chophouse in Tysons has a variety of private rooms of different sizes. The food is terrific (steak and seafood).

Which is more important, interesting space or food? I like the private dining rooms in the Tabard Inn, though the food isn't as solid as it used to be. If you have a small event and pick the menu in advance you might want to sample the choices first.
