Does anywhere in the area do fountain sodas with flavors?

Growing up in the Midwest, I used to be able to get a fountain soda at the gas station, and you could add cherry or vanilla flavor up front at the cashier. Is there anywhere in the DC area that does this?

(And yes, I know a fountain soda is not a sound nutritional choice, but I like the occasional treat, and was craving this the other day!)

Many restaurants and gas stations have Coke machines that have flavors. Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
