Any recs?
Looking for a drivable summer getaway where adults have a variety of relaxing or active things to do and teens can do stuff on their own.
The Hyatt has always fit the bill for me, but DH is over the mediocre food among other complaints.

How far are you willing to drive? Or if you’re up for flying, sea island is amazing. You can drive or fly to Jacksonville or Savannah

Kiawah is very expensive and isolated. If you don’t want to drive for coffee and restaurants, it’s not for you.

On Saturdays in the summer, yes. Or during after work rush hour. Don't do that.

There are some decent restaurants in the Oxford/St Michaels area. Even Salisbury has a decent restaurant.

The secret to Hyatt Chesapeake is you have to venture off campus for meals.
