Not for making pasta dough, but a recipe that would work with store bought pasta. Thanks!

Baked ziti, though I just decided to make stuffed shells after seeing some post a pic of it.

Another baked ziti rec.

I made it for a crowd on Christmas Eve, and it was well-received, and the leftovers went quickly in the days following.

I mostly adhered to the Natasha’s Kitchen recipe:

https://natashaskitchen.com/baked-ziti/

I did take some tips from other recipes to jazz things up a bit, adding oregano and a tad of sweet paprika to the meat sauce mixture. I also blended the ricotta with an egg, some Parmesan, and a touch of nutmeg so that it was smooth going into the casserole.

Worth a try!

Home made Alfredo
Butter, cream, Good park cheese. I do a pinch of S&P and garlic as well.
Whatever pasta you like, we do tortellini generally.

Parm, not park above.

Lemon garlic shrimp with fettuccine. My go-to whenever I am tired and hungry. And the shrimp is sort of optional.
If I am going to out and it’s on the menu, I will always go for the fettuccine bolognese.

My favorite is a vodka sauce. But tonight we had a tasty miso mushroom cream sauce

Super easy recipes:

garlic
olive oil
tomatoes
salt
add cooked pasta and mix

cook shrimp separately with some garlic, salt, paprika, put it on top of the pasta with some fresh basil

---

cook garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms, when the pasta if halfway cooked, throw in a ladle full of the pasta water with the mushrooms along with the half cooked pasta.

finish cooking the pasta and let the water reduce. sprinkle parsley.

You can throw in some prosciutto if you want, or mussels cooked in white wine sauce.

mark bittman's sardine pasta. YOu have to toast the breadcrumbs separately, it makes the dish. I use panko for a perfect crisp every time.

Me too. I like to add seafood - my favorites are scallops and shrimp.
